fuck.The incompetence of some people in this world astounds me. Further, these incompetent people somehow find jobs in this world. Tonights happenings make my faith in humanity drop lower than it's been in a LONG time. yuck! what a mess
what really sucks is that there aren't enough laws to protect tenant - everything is in place to protect the landlords normally. those people needt o be reported to the landlord-tenancy act board thingy, or whatever they're called. and, i hope they haven't payed rent yet - the landlord isn't legally allowed to cash that cheque if they aren't allowed access to the apartment. nor should they be paying rent for those days - the landlord can't charge for those days.

And tonight I just went through a lot more shit with the landlord than I've ever thought possible. You know how I'm not a violent person at all? Kind of happy-go-lucky, try to be funny/silly Jay? Yeah, today I sincerely came within inches of taking a swing at the bloody...I can't even think of an expletive strong enough. If I had started fighting I wouldn't have stopped until I was dragged off his sorry ass too ( ... )
