where there is a will there is a way. cliche' I know, but by finding the right advisors, you can probably find a way to finance education, or find a work-in-exchange-for-education or apprenticeship program somewhere. Your mom will adapt and adjust if she sees you are doing what you have to for your future, and you can give a couple of weeks notice when the time comes for that move. well that stinks, and stings, too. (Hugs you). My mom told me I had to move out when I turned 18... I managed to figure out what to do to, and haven't looked back. You can figure out a way to make freedom happen.... there are probably hundreds of ways to get there.... don't give up hope! <3
