I heard about this project from a friend this morning.. err.. yday morning. He said he would be doing some work for this project too. Great idea. Wishing you guys the best.

I really wish that atleast some BMTC buses should have space for keeping bicycles.. I know .. High Hopes :-)

hey Rohan! Bicycle stands in my college are simply 3 or 4 U shaped metal rods turned upside down! you got the picture right ? I think with that design two bicycles can be easily tied/secured to the stand.

I have seen the ones where bicycles are put against the walls, like they are riding on the wall.
It saves a lot of space. I thought it was very smart.

excellent idea. When I go by bus (esplly when I have shopping etc to bring back) , I go to the Eastend bus stand, I have an arrangement with a house-owner to park my cycle there, and then take the bus. How much nicer to have a cycle stand where I need not take an obligation from someone....I would be willing to pay by the hour like I would for parking my car...maybe you can incorporate that?

Btw...only realized yesterday, when I spent time (after ages and ages) with Kaddy, about nikhile.....and she also told me something that I hope is true....

Oh you know Kaddy ? Wow the world gets smaller and smaller :). And what you heard is totally true ;). Hence the total total lack of time these days. heh
