Well i've been slightly better on the visits front-- 2 in 3 years..and for about 3 months each time.

3 months, wow, though i think i'd just get bored if got away for so much time...mine usually are for three weeks, thats way too short for my comfort...

no, i don't think you know me, as a matter of fact i dont either :P

you'll be amazed how fast 3 months go here when one's on vacation.

Been good - very good actually. Had a great break in the U.K. and Italy (travelblog with pics, 'kiston mein', going on), just started a new semester last week.

Italy, nice...i do remember reading your brush with an attempted terror act.. Its extremely disturbing what's gone on in UK the last month or so. Both the violence and the reactionary response from the state.
