I loved this game! I actually preferred it to FFVII. There are just so many interesting things in it that were new to that era of games - the addition system actually improved upon otherwise mediocre battle systems of the day. Not to mention that LoD was one of the first games I ever played to use a substantial amount of voice acting (the other, of course, being Star Ocean 2).
Besides, LoD had some awesome hidden lines if you looked in the right places for them :)
And yes, compared to Lavitz, Albert is way faster and all of his additions reflect that in their timings (Gust of Wind Dance is still probably my all-time favourite addition). Still, to have Flower/Blossom Storm as Lavitz, you must have done some epic level-up-ing. :)
You know, I couldn't remember which one was the one I had liked the best -- Flower Storm or Gust of Wind Dance. I kind of think it was Gust of Wind Dance.
But anyway, yusssss, Legend of Dragoon loves unite!
