I don't know that the carnival is going to pull through. Even Dumbledore didn't seem particularly excited. I'm sorry, Sirius; it would have been great fun to plan with you, but NEWTs are hitting in heavy and I've got to get things all planned for graduation.

I'll agree with my cousin that things around here often seem dull, but I wouldn't pin it up to the people. The people are plenty interesting, any House. Perhaps we're all just getting lazy when there's not much going on.
