I think I'd take the thousand dollars. That's just me though, and I really need it right now. That guy should be held responsible for his actions. If he's been doing shit like this someone is bound to do something about it. Not to mention, shouldn't he be taking care of his family instead of punching random people in the face? People don't learn how to be good parents just like that. Someone needs to wake him the fuck up. But if it would cause problems at your job, it's probably not worth it, especially if you're friends with your coworkers. Seriously, though. Thousand bucks.

Chyea, It was an offer that was quickly abducted. It went down to 300 just from Arbor. I pressed charges yesterday, although the cops said I couldn't technically charge him for assault since there was no visible injury. The same guy was written a ticket for disorderly conduct the night before this happened when he got in a fight with a bartender around the corner. So, despite the money and everything I have to protect myself and my coworkers, I really don't want this guy coming in the bar and hitting one of my emplyee's in the face. I'd feel terrible.
