Hot yoga is going pretty good. I feel better afterward, I have been sleeping better, and my skin is softer... weird, I know. It's nice to work out in a really hot (105 - 107 degrees) room and know you're sweating out bad toxins. I'm going to my first day of hot yoga today. I'm super nervous.
