back up to incline dumbbell pressing more than my bodyweight for reps
repped out 10 tonight on hammer strength hi-row with 8 plates (360 lbs) so that was exciting.. set 5 as well or i would have attempted more. next time i shall.
saturday 2-25-06 i start muay thai boxing training
