hit my goal yesterday on squats -

did 425 for 10 reps

and then 5 wheels a side for 2. soon i will be doing 605 lbs

so whats you limit? i mean is there a weight limit or amount you're trying to get to as far as lifting?

my goal? to keep improving a 700+ lb squat would be cool but 515 isnt shabby for now
