OK, so my brother is getting married in 2 weeks. I have to be a bridesmaid. Ugh. So, I have these insanely uncomfortable shoes that the bride bought which I have to wear to the ceremony. So, I am going to change shoes at the reception. The bridesmaids dress is like a deep purple. So, I was thinking of going out and getting white Chucks and dying

Wear the heels, and just take them off at the reception. Everyone always does anyway, cause with the dancing and everything, it can get uncomfortable. You could just pretend your drunk and dance around with a champagne glass in one hand, and your heels in the other. It'll be on all the wedding videos for years to come.
