A quiet one!
So today was a quiet day, didn't do a lot. To be honest i have the concentration span of an epileptic fly!! I had a bit of a sleep in and the got up and watched TV with the kids for a wee while. The pain was quite bad so i had to sit down and take some pills and wait for them to kick in. Feeling totally not hungry at all and the indigestion is ( Read more... ) -

Twas the day before surgery.....
LOL!
So today is all systems go! This afternoon i am taking the kids my friend Emma's House (thanks lovey **kiss**) and putting them to bed there. David and i will get a taxi at 0600 to make sure we are at the hospital for 0700. I could be going down to theatre anytime between 0830 and 1230. Then back to my room and rest up for a while.

Squeeeeeee - House season 3 Hits the UK!!!
And it was Good, Great, Fantastic Bloody amazing!! I even made some notes so i wouldn't forget the key bits!
I loved the banter between House/ and Cameron, and the fact that she can't quite believe this new House before her. I cannot believe she said no to going for a drink with him - the saga continues!!

Totally unproductive day!
Wow i think i have done absolutely nothing all day except sit in front of this computer!! My poor kids!! I did take them to the park and we did have their granny over in the afternoon, but it wasn't exactly a 'doing' day, but i figure thats ok every once in a while! Just an update - in a previous blog entry i said that the new series of House starts on Thursday 22nd March at 10pm on Five. This is a lie!!! It is in fact on at 9pm!!
So to clarify:

Nothing much to report today.
I went to the hospital for the pre-admission blood tests/ swabs and ECG - fun!! Seems like a great place though, much bigger than i had expected but very clean, and almost hotel like!! Still trying to find out what time i need to be there on Saturday morning, i think it will be early (considering the first person on the ( Read more... ) -
Season 3 House THIS THURS!!
OMG i am so so excited, season three of House finally starts in the UK on Thursday night (22/ 03/ 07 at 10pm on Five). We have had to wait so so long for this - i mean i know pretty much what happens with the character plotlines, but i am looking forward to watching the episodes!! So today is Day one of Milk Hell!! It is the end of the day and i am feeling pretty crappy, but happy - i did it! One down only 6 to go. The beginning!!
So the purpose of this Blog is two-fold:
1) to post regular updates on my weightloss following gastric band surgery, for anyone that wants to read them!
2) to follow and participate in the House fanfic communities, and maybe/ hopefully write a fic myself!!!
