Time-Wasting 1 - 0 Studying. That's the scoreline at the end of today. If it wasn't a Sunday, I'd be thoroughly mad at myself.

That being said, the amount of studying I've done so far this holiday is pathetic. It's truly a vacation in every sense.

3 days in Dublin... it's true that there isn't much to do, Terry made sure I knew that before flying over... but overall it was a good trip. It is 4:15 p.m. on a dreary Monday afternoon. I am stuck in the electrical lab and it is SNOWING out there. I never thought I'd see snow in London. Whoohoo!!!

Finally, I shall no longer have to work in silence. After a month of thinking about whether it's really worth it, I now have a radio and some cool (OK, it was on discount!) speakers. No more sweating in headphones and being jerked back when walking around the room *grin ( Read more... )

Many people think that Monday is the worst day of the week. However, at this point in time I disagree strongly with this. Why?

I have:

• 4 hours of lectures
  
• 2 hours of lab
  
• 2 hours of study group
