not really, could be like, being an estate agent and moving companies or an insurance salesperson working for a rival, I have the product knowledge already, need little training, and they have a completely different ethos, it is a much better company, which more benefits and everyone there seems to enjoy their job. I finished 3rd today, done £5100 and 3 product covers, think they were impressed as it was my 2nd day. I don't think many new starters could tell a customer the difference between 2 cameras, washing machines, tvs, cookers and hoovers all in one sale, explain the delivery and payments options all on their 2nd day.
a lot of the staff at comet have been there for over a year or tow or even longer, they seem genuinely happy working there and there are opportunities to make more money and get recognition for your hard work, there is no pressure every 5 minutes from the boss saying "did that sale have cover on it? essentials?" they just trust you to get on with your job and they have a laugh, I enjoy going to work, and I can't see it EVER being that bad there.
