My skin is slicked with sweat. I ran down Broadway to the sign for Yahoo, near the park, past HBO and then I turn around. It's a neat mile loop I've learned. Something to ease the body back from the yoga punishment I relish and love so. You'd think with all this that I'd turn lean but no, only the waist narrows. I am never much more than the ( Read more... )

As well you should be. It looked great. As did you. My only critique was the very beginning seemed to linger a bit long on dude, before cutting to the hot chick. It needs a reaction shot somewhere in there.

A truck, pink tools, a couple generators - all that's left is a good cap and a pencil tucked behind your ear - you seem well on the way to construct a world imagined. Always unrepentant and the only hesitation should be scratching your forehead as a pause to figure out the best direction to flutter next.

The Southlands, it's meandering ditch and relentless ocean throb and breeze will miss you. But you have sunshine as a pulse and a quickening, and distant lands to conquer and unlock and rule with the benevolence of a deliberate stretching. Feeling that beautiful in movement. (Not to mention, pigeons to keep in check)

Running towards the white hot of your wilding, stronger. And then later, even stronger.

It's a heavy crown, but you are queen of it all....

And you've got this.

You have earned every right to be proud. For so many reasons. Go you! :-)

A month abroad sounds wonderful. My experience consists only of a few locations within England, Italy, France and India, so I can only speak of those places with any kind of personal knowledge.

I would personally love to spend an entire month in Italy for the sheer amazingness of place, food, light, art. There are so many places in that country I haven't been to yet and am so eager to see.

Well, I'd love to spend an entire month in a lot of places abroad that I've not been to yet, but Italy definitely is high up on my list even though I've already been there.

Italians love children, too--I think you would find that S. would be quite welcomed there.

That would be fun! He loves Italian food too, recently discovering you can dip rustic bread in olive oil....we were at an Italian restaurant and S loves cooking and was fascinated with questions and the owner invited him into the back.

I think of Italy for the archaeology too. It would be an expensive month but filled with such memories... it's going on the list for potentials!

Yes, the archaeology in Italy is a top reason to go there. It's such an interesting blend of ancient and new. I was always boggled at the casual juxtaposition of ancient Roman ruins with modern conveniences and things like graffiti and McDonald's.

Anywhere you take him will end up being an amazing adventure for you both.
