It's snowing. Really, really hard. And it's Thanksgiving and I have to go to class. And all I want to do is stay inside and cook this stupid turkey I bought, because even though this is my third Thanksgiving in a row out of the country, I WILL have a Thanksgiving dinner ( Read more... )

And also, I think it's supposed to snow here but I haven't been out of bed yet. Also also, doesn't Canada have their own Thanksgiving? Like, last month?

Yes. That's what I meant by "having Thanksgiving in the wrong month." It was October 9th this year. Stupid Canadians. That means there's nothing between Halloween and Christmas, which means the stores start decorating Nov. 1st.

It did snow here. Also, I mean, what does Canada do for Thanksgiving? Not that I think you shouldn't make a turkey, because you should, but seriously, if you're going to live in Canada you should start embracing curling, or whatever the fuck.

They do the same thing as us. They have turkey and stuffing and pumpkin pie. Just, in October. It's lame.
