The in-grown not so grown

So it turns out I never really had an in-grown toe nail. Maybe it was on the verge of becoming one but something happened and it decided to grow the right way. I don't know but it essentially stopped bugging me after that whole ordeal at the Urgent Care and it was a dead matter when I went to see my GP the next day. She just gave me an antibiotic
