Woot! My 38th trip around the sun, And I didn't die, break a leg, stub my toe, or have some new disease diagnosed. I'd call that a pretty good year. ;)

Congrats on your 38th trip around the sun! Did you get any cool presents?

Yep! I got a digital photo frame from my dad (complete with digital family photos), and a Euro Chopper from the White Elephant Exchange. (Original gift was a dragon shirt and RC helicopter, but someone stole that from me; then I opened a gift of MadDog 20/20, but someone stole that from me as well).

Heh, well, it is a white elephant exchange. Less fun without the steals. Heck, that dragon shirt and RC copter I started with was a gift-pack that I stole from the wife of the guy that stole it back. ;)

Aww, sheise. Several people who said they'd come didn't. Kinda sucked. This was one of the best so far. Everyone was happy, and no one drank too much. :)
