Ok, so on a whim I turn on the TV and wonder idly why I see my prefecture (island too) flashing on the tv...I think that the show I'm watching, the people are visiting Hokkaido, how nice. Then I change the channel, wait, hokkaido is on there too, even through the commercials...ok, something is up. I call a friend, what the hell is going on and
