Took a bath tonight because I've been so stressed/depressed/overwhelmed I wanted to relax. Fell asleep, went under. Freaked out. Panic attack, sobbing. Q got in the bathtub in all his clothes I was so freaked out. I'm less shaky now, but still freaked.
