I'm really sorry I can't be there, I wish like hell I could, but I will be home from italy only a few days too late. Your mom is a wonderful and sweet woman and I have nothing but the fondest of memories of her, like chatting in the kitchen while eating her famous spinach dip, halloween, graduation, dinners, teaching us how to make betty crocker sugar cookies, and all the love she showed me as mommy stovall when I was in desperate need of a mother. I love you more than anything and will be coming home with the two widest outstretched arms that you can think of just for you. Love, Kati
