2. You dont NEED food
3. Fat people cant fit everywhere

Ok what I ate today
B- apple and peice brown bread 170cal
l- apple 50cal
snack- prunes (200) brown bread 120 (320 cal)
dinner- 4 rissoles, 4 peices of pan fried potato, salad ( i dunno, i hope not alot)
and purged dinner, but not alot

all up- 540 cal + dinner, so ok I guess
and CURRENTLY 57KG
