I have another interview with the same company on Saturday. This one is with the District Supervisor. I can see this one being more nuts and bolts. How do you handle a wait? Unhappy guests? Stealing, thieving employees or managers and what to do with them. What goes on a P/L sheet? How do you figure food costs? That sort of thing

eh...not too bad. the tornadoes are further south..we had one warning yesterday afternoon for potential tornado fairly close to where I live, but nothing formed that I know of. Rain is awful. We have to float to get to the house or the car. The road I live on has been blocked off at one end b/c of flooding...fortunately I can get in from the other direction. Nothing that doesn't happen on a semi-regular basis. Tropical storm strength winds are a regular occurrence here
