For nearly three weeks I have been pretty much non-functional. I can't really believe the plague got me, hunted me down in hideaway and insinuated itself inside my body

I'm sorry you're going through this. It now seems likely that everybody will get it eventually, and we'll just have to hope that vaccines can continue to diminish the severity of cases and treatments for the infected will improve.

You sound like my husband who is convinced we are all going to "get it". You guys are probably right. Oddly enough he was not vaccinated and I was and there was very little difference in how the disease affected us. Now, do I get that booster in six months?

Well, as they say, "You can run, but can't hide." No matter my precautions it got me, but continue to improve.
