Thursday I made arrangements for the fetching of groceries Friday, and went to bed fairly early, but woke up not long after midnight and never really got back to proper sleep. there were catnaps and periods of hamster wheel brain and in general just a dissatisfying second half to the night, which ended when I finally got up about quarter past three ( Read more... )

Tuesday evening I had a headache, and didn't feel like cooking so I just made a sandwich and then went to bed about nine o'clock. The headache has diminished to low grade overnight, but isn't entirely gone, and a few other disturbing pains have joined it.
