Been a while
There always seems to be a one year hiatus with me and LJ. I'm going to try to post fic and all that jazz. Right now, though, I've got three papers to write... one on healthcare, one on a sonnet, and one on anthropological theory. So maybe, just maybe I'll be back around to post for Gallifrey One. Thinking of summer
Since the 70+ degree heat wave in D.C., I've been having thoughts of summer. You know when you get that feeling right before an essay is due, when you're trying to write it or at the least finish researching for it so you can start writing it the day before it is due. I've just discovered Olivia Ruiz, who's an amazing French singer. her music videos are cool, too. I think most French music videos are pretty out there, in a god way. My fav songs of hers are Elle Panique and Les Crepes Aux Champignons and Belle a en Crever ( Read more... ) -
Evening tea
Right now, I'm sitting in the Talbott Inn with a pot of tea, listening to a couple old guys at the bar talking about the Koran burning in Florida (or wherever).
