So today I finished The Sinner by Tess Gerritsen and Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck.

It was clear to me from the start that The Sinner had been written by a woman. That I didn't mind at all. It made for a really interesting contrast to The Blood Hunt by Ian Rankin, which I finished earlier in the week. Both are thrillers. But this one was so ( Read more... )

I love "Of Mice And Men" although I've only seen the movie. :P
Have to look if I can get the book here in Germany.

I'd locve to see the movie. I think it's an old black and white?

You should defo give the book a go. I'm sure you could pick up a copy online if not in a bookshop.

Oh no, it's from 1992. So *not* in black and white. ;) (At least the one I've seen.) It's with John Malkovich (as Lennie). He's pretty good.
I've seen the movie in English *and* in German. And I must say, German synchronization sucks. *g*

Maybe tomorrow I'll go to a bookshop to get the book. Heheh.
