If I hadn't been sick, this would have been a run-of-the-mill 12 of 12. However, I was in the thick of this weird chest-throat-head-cold thing (from which I'm still recovering), and whatever it is woke me up at 3:30 on January 12th and wouldn't let me go back to sleep. We scheduled the Casa Descanso holiday party last night not because it happened to be the 12th, but because a lot of our friends are already going to be out of town next weekend. But it happened to work out well for our 12 of 12 selections this month. :-D
