[A stage has been set up within sight of the fenced area surrounding the apartment building and lawn of Pine Meadow. Here both newcomers and citizens of New Ashford may share their skills and talents of a flashy nature to the crowd that has gathered around the stage as well as the elderly folks who are peering out through the fence nearby.

The New Ashforders are an enthusiastic and parched audience in terms of new entertainment. It won't take much to send them into rounds of applause and they tend to positively encourage anyone who is brave enough to go up on stage.]

[It's too bad that armor just got shined, because here comes a rotten tomato hurled at the Templar. Seriously, you call that talent?]

[Nate is quick enough to hide behind his back the moment the man on stage looks at the crowd. When the Templar's eyes rest on him, he subtly points to the person next to him.]

[Seriously pal, it's terrible. Nate leans over one of the children watching the show with a disdain expression and gives the boy another rotten tomato, convincing the kid to throw it at the man on the stage. The kid does so and the tomato hits the shoulder plate, splashing some juice on the man's face. Templar, red goes well with your hair.]

[And about half an hour after Alistair is booted off the stage, Nate finds him and hands him over a beer. What? He might have thought that the man's performance was less than pristine, but he has to give him that he had balls enough to try it. Nate couldn't humiliate himself like that.]

Tough crowd, huh?

[Nate looks at Alistair with the perfected hurt expression he often practiced with Elena. With no success]

Hey! I take offense to that! Beside, my style is a little more wet and direct than poison. [He pats his gun with a grin]

So. What was that anyway?

[He raises an eyebrow slowly.]

Well, you know, with a little more blood flowing?

[Well, color him surprise by that]

So you're a man of the clothe? I thought you guys were not allowed to drink?

[While not the best performance she's ever seen, she found several of the verses interesting (and could easily draw lines between that and Christianity).]

What was that, Alistair? [she is very, very curious, yes.]

[If she were near Nathan Drake, he would no doubt have a bible thumped against the back of his head. Really. She ignores his initial question, instead focusing on that pretty (all right, interesting) chant.]

It was lovely, you know; that chant. [yeah, 4get that tomato.]
