I'm really fighting the battle today. My back has flared up since the wedding thanksgiving weekend but instead of slowly getting better, it's getting worse. Today I can't do some of the stretches I could do even yesterday with causing sharp pains. Not really sure why, but I've been feeling really down lately. Yesterday was terrible. I was all sad and teary. I just wanted to curl up with Tom an stay there. So I have to have one of my molars pulled. Somehow I broke it into about 9 pieces, so there is no hope of saving it. It's still holding together right now, which is awesome, but it's coming out on Thursday. Its going to be minor dental surgery in the hospital so I went and did my Pre-Op yesterday. It took forever! So today was Addys first day of Junior Kindergarden. Ice had her home with me for the past 2 weeks for a mini 'summer vacation' seeing as she has been going to daycare everyday all day for over a year. So 2 weeks ago I finally got an appointment with a neurosurgeon. It has taken 2.5 years and 11 declines from referrals to finally get someone to see me. So mom and Tom both took the day off to come with me. We went prepared to have to fight/plead our case seeing as we have had to do that with everyone else we have seen. So I promised the rest of the update asap, so here it is. Life is pretty good right now. I got offered a new job working for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers as a manager.
