I have that same problem with ribs. I've always maintained that a good batch of ribs is cooked so that one can easily eat them with a fork and a knife. Adam and Cameron are the only people I know who can accomplish this.

I heard that you recently bought a new camera. I was wondering if you knew of any good deals on a digi SLR. Or if your old camera is in good condition I might be willing to buy it from you, depending on the model and price.
