Art is Hard
Friday the morning shift was a bit more brutal than normal. Went to dinner with the fam for Dyl's birthday. It didn't feel like Halloween, but that's okay because Saturday was Dylan's party! I got to reconnect with old friends, see some people that don't come around too often and dress up as Old Gregg.

Got my hair cut today by a pretty cool girl at the beauty college. She said she wanted to do hair and makeup at Disneyland one day. Last night I went with Dylan to see Ozma. This was the first show I've been to in more than a year, sadly. Both opening bands were really cool, but Teaneck was especially awesome with their guitar solos. Jose from Ozma played a few songs with both openers. nothing good happens after 2 am
I just cut my finger while sewing. Was winding a bobbin and went to cut it and cut a good chunk of my finger. That is why you do no sew when you are tired. After 2 am rolls around, you're better off going to bed.
But the skirt is going to be awesome, as a pain in the ass as it is. -

I've decided that the reason I like Ozma's Pasadena so much is that it is so fucking EPIC but it deals with everyday things like love and rock and roll. Okay, okay. It's Ozma, so it isn't Muse or Mars Volta epic, but damn. Adam and I took a way too expensive taxi to Disneyland for the first full day trip to the park since the new year. Even with my wallet cleaned out it was an exceptional day.
