Okay, so starting tomorrow the reconstruction team is going to get working on Latimir. If you got any problems with noise, stuff some cotton balls in your ears--it's not my problem. Alright alright, Latimir first is it? Hell I've been want'n to get my ass back up on the remains of the 5th floor. Lost a helluva lotta my crap when the roof collapsed. That was my Zen Pad!

Anywho, I can get to patch'n up the cracks in the foundation, link'n severed wires, seal'n water-mains, whatever.

Just point me an' away I go!
