So, in yoga class tonight I did a headstand. I was at the wall but I did a motherfucking headstand! Holy shit, I am amazed. It was a rough class without any real instruction b/c apparently 90% of the people in the class are steady participants. Fuckers. So, I have hit my goal weight already. I started at 335lbs. (and again I will mention I was 355 the month before surgery but first lost weight on a liquid diet) and am now 213. My goal was 214.5; I called the nutritionist to set a new goal so now I am heading toward 195 ( Read more... )
