So...Las Vegas was fun. I gambled a whole $20. We got wasted Friday night: 3 Long Island Iced teas, 2 double-shots of Tequila a la salt and lime = drunk. I slept in the bathtub, comfortably. We dined, we drank, we had a great time.

And apparently it isn't that easy to get an annulment :/

...apparently, I'm going to Las Vegas tomorrow. It kinda got sprung on me at the last minute and although I had planned to visit my parents and go to Pechanga with them on Saturday as well as attend a birthday party for high school friends I never get to see, I do believe this will be our final 'hoorah,' and I just cannot pass that up. Trying to stay as positive as I can be under the circumstances, I want to note that today I was forced to voluntarily quit my job, effective immediately. It was all the district manager's doing and could not have been prevented by my store manager. I thoroughly enjoyed Disney's Meet the Robinsons shamefully much more than I should have. I literally had tears in my eyes towards the end of the movie. I loved how everything came together in the end. And although the 3-D did nothing much for the film itself, it was nonetheless pretty cool seeing it in 3-D ( Read more... )
