Hina drew another picture! This time it's Papa and Mama Ryou-kun KISSING! Because they love each other and that's what people that love eachother do! I love Papa and Ryou-kun too so next time I see them I'll give them kisses too!

It happens when I save the file... T_T

((OOC: That is something people in the pixel graphics community call 'the GIFmonster". It happens when you save something as a GIF without an optimizer... In this case Hina is saving her art as a GIF in MSpaint, and as a result her works end up dithered like this in order to limit the amount of colors to that a typical GIF has... pesky thing. I usually use PSP to avoid it (like with Tachibana's art and such). Saving as a JPG also decreases picture quality... thus one of the reasons that MSpaint is evil. I could save it as a PNG though, but not all computers support that and the files are really huge... and BMPs typically cannot be posted online.))
