bwah it was hard to choose sis ;; you remind me of so many characters at the same time that i think i might screw up with this...let's see if i get this one right, i saw some hints of Shiki but Shiki is let's say a bit too much for you, then i saw a bit of Rhyme, but she's too Yin like *giggles* hm then i read the description of Hanekoma and it seems to fit, even if i'd love to give you a character like Beat or Neku since yeah biased side of mine T_T but because of what you wrote, of being helpful, determined and hard working it definitly made sense for me to give you this guy (not let's hope i didn't screw up *sweatdrop*)
Beat tries his best to act tough, but he's really a softie underneath and gets embarrassed whenever people realizes it. At the same time, Beat is very loud and impulsive, and tends to come to conclusions without reason. He's a little dense, but he's a big-hearted person who would do anything for his friends. His parents pressured him to be more like his calmer and more responsible younger sister, to which he decided that giving up was the best way to respond.
Fits, doesn't it? You did seem a bit mellower than how Beat usually is, but everything else fits. You also give off that impression that you'd do anything for the people you're close to. Beat seems like the type to like to work alone, unless of course, his partner is Rhyme. Everything fits pretty well though, and honestly, you and Yin are like Beat and Rhyme in my head already, soooo.
Gah, I could definitely see a bit of Hanekoma at times in your application (along with a bit of Kariya AND Uzuki)...though I kept going back to either Sota or Beat at times. I could honestly see both characters being rather good fits for you, especially considering Beat's development later on in the game--but I think I might be leaning a bit more towards Sota overall. Though Sota and Nao weren't really in the game too much, I always got the impression from the few key scenes that he was in that there was a very mature and thoughtful side to Sota. He liked helping people out (he even offers advice and comfort to Neku at times when he was feeling down), but I doubt he would like to get taken advantage of or really tolerate it too much (yes, Nao did seem to be protected by him a lot...but I imagine she probably did have some kind of skill for when they were in battles their fights are never actually shown, so it's left more open to interpretation but the whole idea is PARTNERS, so... and she definitely helped him when it came to
( ... )
I want to go with Beat for you. He's tough without being overbearing and obnoxious, yet he's still got a good heart. You're both willing to go above and beyond for those you care about. He's also talkative and likes to fill the silence.
Hmm, I actually think you're a mix of a lot characters, namely Shiki (for your wish to help out people for the most part, curiosity, interests and the answer to the Outgoing or Reserved choice, it reminded me a lot of how Shiki tried to approach Neku), Nao (for the overall friendly but able-to-stand-up-for-yourself feeling of your application), Sota and Beat, but I think I'm going to stop my choice on Sota in the end. His hero complex and tendency to face situations head-on reminds me of your determination in a way, your "this or that" section sounds like something he would say for the most part and I kind of admit that it was Yin's explanation that swayed me a bit, haha!
