I walked in the dressing room and tried on this really nice dress. Willow had brought me here a little early, Buffy didn't show up this morning and I think she was trying to dodge the drama. "There is no way in hell I am letting that dress leave this store with you. Dawn, I wouldn't let my 30 year old..anybody buy that dress."

I said firmly. Plus I didn't need Buffy slaying me bacause her sister bought a trampy dress.

I grinned, walking up behind Willow.

"Besides, you'll look pretty in mostly anything you buy," I said, leaning in over Willow's shoulder to surprise her slightly. Someone at the manor said Willow had gone out with Dawn shopping, and I had decided to join them. I had been kind of distant lately.

"Hope you don't mind me joining you guys," I said.

My jaw dropped as I looked at Willow. I guess I didn't have to read between the lines with her, I put my hand on my hip as I tried to think of what to say. There were so many valid reasons I had to get this dress and I couldn't believe her at the moment. I let out a grunt then tried to go to a happy place.

There was plenty of reasons I could give her, I had to sell this dress. I wanted it badly and if all else fails I'll get it somehow. That wouldn't of been a good argument to give Willow, I could see how that would turn out. Plus there was the fact she could turn me into a guy..

"Come on, it's not like I'll be wearing it everyone. It would just be for dates and stuff." I let out a sigh as I looked into her eyes, "I won't let Buffy see, I promi-"

I stopped as I heard Tara, I lightly smiled. It was good to have her here but she wasn't helping me win my argument.

"Hey-" I pointed back at the dress, "Tara Do you like it?"

"Yes that is winning you points let me tell you. I don't think you will win this war Dawn. You don't need to dress like a..." I bit my tongue "You don't have to wear that to get the guys."

I said sternly trying to make a point. Then I felt Tara walk up behind me and I turned and kissed her deeply.

"See didn't need a dress like that to win this perfect angel."

I say with a smile
