new bitches...new B?...newbies!

There are so many new people at my work and I'm not sure what to think about them. I'm still not even used to the last waive of hirees. My last couple of shifts there has mostly been a 1:1 ratio if not outnumbered so its kind of a bitch having to do my job plus training these fuckers and fixing their mistakes. Who's this elfish girl you write about? and who are the older hirees because all I see running around are the young bloods. Most favorite newbie would be roland because most of the time he keeps silent and works, least favorite, because he keeps spitting out lame jokes that I refuse to even fake laugh to.( poor guy a majority of the time people just turn away after a failed attempt at making them laugh. I get embarrassed for him.
