Better than here where you were making only commission if I remember correctly :) Sounds like something you could really bank in on. I'm setting things to start college this summer and get a BA or MBA eventually as things progress. Thanks again for your guidances :)

Way to go man! Get a couple of real estate courses in there, so you have something to fall back on. :) Take Real Estate Principals, Real Estate Practices, and an elective (probably Business Law for your major, maybe General Accounting) from the DRE approved list (see http://www.dre.cahwnet.gov/salesconditional.htm ) and then you can test any time within a year with the DRE. A couple ethics classes every 2 years, and you can maintain it forever. :)

Then when you go off and make your big bucks, you can buy and sell your own property just by hooking up with a broker at a discount. :)

Congrats on the lucrative new opportunity. Have fun on your "business trip"!

All that travel would really wear me out, I hope you can take it! Although I suppose travel between the UK and EU isn't quite as taxing as travel from California to the EU. :P

Thanks man! Yeah, a lot of this is just tiny hops, 100 miles or less. Some are longer, like Italy and Greece... oh no, I have to suffer and go to Italy or Greece! =)
