so i've had Bells Palsy for the past week and change. This means that the right side of my face is paralyzed. I still have feeling in my entire face. Feeling works fine...just no damn movement. well 19 days and 230.3 miles later, i have sucessfully completed my summertime adventure. The Appalachian trail from the NJ/NY border to the Mass/VT border. bought a camera

well summer is wrapping itself up nicely. just went mountain biking with kuhl and walsh. that was definetly hardcore fun. we found ourselves some rugged trails and now im all tired. near the end, the trail we were on kind of petered out and it became apparent that it hadnt been used in a long time. luckily we were only 20 yards from a good trail ( Read more... )
