So today I took my 2nd ride on the motorcycle and now I am a motorcycle mama in my shiney red helmet. We rode out to Northeast Harbor which we have decided is the Boca Grande of Mt. A cluster day meant picking up Spence & Chris 2 hours late and then another 2 hours to Brunswick where we had booked rooms sinc e it had rained at Baldy's all Friday. We had a great time Sat and all the little girls loved our little boys. We climbed the South Bubble rock mountain today. So the tenants left the Red Rooster on Sat am and we met John and Cheryl and Jarrett in Bangor and then on to the auction at Chesley's. We bought some weird and spectacular things. So we returned from Nova Scotia Tuesday night, and on Wednesday I cleaned the Carriage house which had not been occupied in 2 years. Dave weed whacked until we were both ready to drop and then we made a trip to the grocery for the first time since we arrived a week ago. Just returned from San Francisco visiting my swaflyguy. He's loving it and he and theredpanther's old college roomy are an amazing team. Who would have thought? When I visited Napa last fall we did 5 tastings in 4 days. With my boy we did 4 tastings in 1 day. Good thing Dave was there to drive us back to SF, since we slept all the way ( Read more... )
