I love all my cats but Zoop is by far my favorite. He was mine before I married and I raised him from a kitten. He is the most like me and we share the closest bond. He has been scrapping the last few days with a neighbor cat. He has had a few tough fights including one that will probably leave a cool looking scar across his eyebrow to his cheek. We cut our first sound synched scene last night for Whispers, the movie we shot in 2002, and you know what....it didn't suck. With a little editing we were able to make the dialog sound real. The shots aren't bad. We still need to do some color correction and then some film filters but for the most part it looks good and sounds all right. It will ( Read more... )

My mother went to the hospital with a burst appendix. She was lucky and the appendix abscessed in such a way that it kept it from blowing refuse into her internal organs. She only needed laparoscopic surgery. I spent from Friday till Monday evening helping her out. I cooked, cleaned, helped her get about and took her to the doctor. I think the part ( Read more... )
