I am still not quite used to the idea of people living above me. In my old house pigeons used to roost in the rafters above my room and when i lie in bed at night and hear rustling i imagine giant pigeons live on the 12th floor. -
here's to trying new things
last weekend i ended up learning how to cycle at pasir ris. unfortunately i still have not mastered turning yet. this weekend i walked around the whole of west coast park looking for a place to rent a bicycle.

I think I should get a job. Once I've saved enough money I'll get me a new laptop and be done with it. Olivia (archi classmate) was talking about getting a job in a bakery, or a flower shop. i am feeling normal again
So on Sunday i went with my mother to Ikea and spent way too much money. But the result is that i have a new room. I've been clearing clutter, and re-organizing, and i am happy with the results. I have to say it's been a good two days, throwing stuff out and reorganizing my life.

Something needs to bend. Something needs to change. I had a long, pleasant dinner with my mum and we seem to have patched up. I feel itchy with the need to do something, anything.
