Wow, this is really getting good. The thing that struck me was how like Logan the new Duncan is becoming. Or I guess he's developing Loganesque traits -- the leaner physique, the twitchiness, less confident and more unsure. Don't know if you intended that or not, but it really stood out to me. And because Duncan's acting so out of character from what they're used to, Logan or Veronica don't react in the expected way either. It's a very interesting dynamic

I like your analysis about Veronica's choice, and it's pretty spot-on.

My main point about Duncan is that he's very different, but he is not willing to accept that things may be different with the people he left behind...

Yeah, I often have problems with writing Veronica as a crier, but I try to convey that she is just so stunned at Duncan's reaction. She is a good person, and always wants to get to the bottom of (especially bad) situations. Sometimes, however, she doesn't realize how she might affect others (I even get pissy with her on the show for this - how she sometimes ignores her affect on Wallace, Keith, and especially Logan). I meant Duncan's reaction to be asshole-ish, while at the same time snapping Veronica into the reality that she can't always have things her way. I think the combo of the two is what makes her cry.

I think Duncan is hiding something about the babies father. Or he is just mean. Or both. Either way, I like your twist to Duncan's character.

So, I wouldve definatly gone into Logans room. Or like slept on the couch or something. But Duncans room, NA UH no way.
