i watch them in my garden, arriving everyday at dawn, they call me from the trees, asking if i'd like to join in on the singing, dancing and the fun, oh how i wish i could go just once, but i know i could never leave my books and hats,flowers, and cats. So i once again decline, and leave myself alone, until tomarrow at dawn.
So we wait and have ourselves a tea party until its time. we will smoke our ciggarettes, we will eat our tiny cakes. we will sing, and we will dance. we will talk about the garden, we will talk about the stars. we will wait hundreds of years, and if what we're waiting for never comes, it would do us no harm. because its a lovely day for a tea party
