This latter half of 2006 has been quite crazy for me... New marital status as of 9/16/06 (which also means new surname, new official residence, new bank account, and new family members). And the most recent development in the land of Jen is my new job at a (relatively) new organization. Yes, the first day with my new employer will be on Monday,

Never accept a counter-offer. It's usually career limiting to take an offer from another company and stay at your current one with a counter. Move on and have fun with it!
