Finals week for school... not terribly worried. I don't usually get worked up over tests. I probably should get MORE worked up over tests, considering I haven't done as well on some of the quizzes as I would have liked... oh, well ( Read more... )

Thank you for the pics! Ah, good old Bubba, he is a real personality but he likes to play "my mistress´ badass"!:-)
Woooooow!!!! I ALMOST thought the cluster was a kind of hydrangea but then I looked better - but I have never seen such a "design" of fungi here. And you still have such a wide range of fungi, amazing!
But oh my, I really really WANT that Tradescancia! Yes, i can see the blossom has the same shape like my inside Tradescancia, only my blossoms are tiny and white. Mmmm, this blue is lovely...
And we also have those round galls in plenty here and I know that these from oak leaves used to be used for making ink in past times!
Hahaha, joggling Thor...

I had never seen any kind of fungi anything like that before. I had to spend some time looking at it and touching it to make sure it was really a fungus! Amazing things in our woods...

These spiderworts are lovely and they just grow by the side of the road or any place they can enjoy some sun. I had seen them before but always somewhere when I didn't have my camera.

That's his disguise. He wants you to pet him so he can chew on your arm.
