Does anyone know what happened to the story where Adam is kidnapped by a serial killer and Kris is the cop who is trying to find him?

I don't remember what it was called or who was writing it.  It was a WIP and it was wonderful!  I think I read the first 2 or 3 parts, then it just went away.  I loved it!

Any help?
