Well, I'm off at another small town working for the weekend. This time I don't think it will be very busy. I was warned that it usually is... however I've been here for nearly an hour (started at 8AM) and I've seen only one patient. And the locum who was here over night saw only 8 patients in his shift from 5pm to 8am

things really picked up at 3pm and were quite busy until 11pm. Today things have been slow... but that's alright with me!
